We have been working with the local council to create a masterplan for new homes on the Regent’s Park Estate. The properties will be for residents who are due to lose their current homes as a result of the HS2 development.
Designed in collaboration with Matthew Lloyd Architects the scheme will provide 122 new homes across 8 sites along with the refurbishment of the Camden People’s Theatre and conversion of upper floors into flats.
The masterplan demonstrates how empty or underused sites can be used for new homes whilst also improving the urban setting and contributing enhanced public realm and amenity, thereby enriching the lives of both the new and the existing residents.
With resident consultation throughout the design process, we were able to respond to their specific needs whilst refining the scheme to deliver cost effective, robust and sustainable design within a tight budget and create positive social impact.
