Denise Heseltine
BSc (Hons) DirectorDenise has twenty-five years of practice experience in architecture and is responsible for the management of the studio, overseeing our environmental, social and governance standards.
As our B Corp champion, she leads on our certification and continued improvement plan, and setting our social and environmental values. She ensures continued alignment with our Code of Ethics and measures objectives through our annual Impact Statement.
Denise oversees finances, human resources, public tenders, policies, and delivers on our QMS, EMS, H&S and Good Work Standard certifications.
As director of the Mæ B studio team, Denise passionately leads on our JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion), social value and education programmes, working with clients, communities, schools and industry initiatives to ensure that we deliver a positive social impact.
