At Gomm Valley in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, we are creating a new place with strong environmental aspirations. The scheme is a mixed use village development with 1000 homes, a new school, community centre and other public amenities.

The design for the masterplan has evolved from a public engagement process, ensuring it is sensitive to, and respectful of, its wonderful setting.
It is founded in the evidence of the land and bespoke to its unique condition and character.
The community focus of the new neighbourhood revolves around a primary school, public square, local shops, café and ecologically rich park.
Distinct buildings are inspired by West Wycombe and traditional precedents in the area.
To maintain the rural character of the area, the edge of the development facing the landscape has been sensitively designed to mediate between development and the landscape, forming an ecologically rich, inhabited edge to the settlement.
The Gomm Valley project will regenerate the landscape and make important green and community connections even as it builds essential and beautiful homes for people of all types and circumstances in a new and truly sustainable community fit for the 21st-century.
