The talks will explore sustainable development with a focus on socially and environmentally responsible regenerative design, landscapes and architecture, and how places and placemaking can enrich society and elevate environments for the wellbeing of people. Our recently completed Daventry House for Westminster City Council is featured in this week's issue of Building Design magazine. In the article Ben Flatman reports on how Mæ is 'helping to define a new era for those who want to live independently as they get older'. He goes on to say 'This is housing that adds dignity and joy to later-years living. The interior finishes, generous spaces and communal amenities all contribute to a secure and enriching environment. Alex Ely keynote speaker at RIAS Live Practice News

Alex Ely has been invited to speak at the RIAS annual conference on Friday 10th November at the Merchants House, Glasgow. He will join the afternoon session speaking on the subject 'Leadership and Resilience', chaired by Isla Jackson Director Civic Engineers. The RIAS Conference is the single largest annual gathering for architects in Scotland and is an opportunity to bring people together to discuss how architects can use and develop their skills, and be a key part of Scotland’s future as a green, resilient and healthy nation.
